Over the last two weeks I have made three purchases of mini sheet sized material from three different European countries.I know that the economy has turned down and times are tougher than a few months ago but surely we could add a little stiffener material to the package for protection. Each of these three items came packaged in an over sized envelope without any do not bend instructions< which practically screamed out PLEASE MR/MS POSTPERSON BEND ME > and were placed between a single sheet of magazine quality paper. The dealer from the Urkraine appears to have sacrificed a sheet from his recent porno magazine although I could not read the text the pictures were self explanatory. To cut to the chase.....is it now necessary for buyers to instruct their sellers on how to package material suitably for transit??It seems somewhat demeaning to treat them in this fashion......parent to child but in the future I will be leaving a brief tutorial on the benefits of proper packaging.O yes,I might add that each of these packages was sent for far less than the postage I paid so possibly this is not ignorance on the part of these seller but just a plain old simple way of increasing the old bottom line.Cheers!

Hi Nanook,
Don't be scared to remind the seller (kindly of course) for good packaging, I almost always do.
I also ask the sellers to protect the shipment with some sort of plastic foil. Living in a country where there are more rainy days than there are not, it has happened on quite few occasions that the mail arrives in my mailbox soaking wet. So, prevention is important.
It is my experience that the Delcampe sellers, when asked kindly, generally comply to my wishes.
